For the rank I would go with idoom since lady d's damage doesn't scale as much

Depends if you like to parry or not. If you really like to parry, then Lady D is not the champion for you.

Iron doom is also a great option in war, BGs, and questing

Yeah the combat power rate helps him but all fights that idoom was meant for Lady D can take them too. On the other hand, not all fights that's lady D can do idiom can do as well. For example idiom struggles with weapon x and domino while lady can take them consistently
