people may not take this seriously, but i think it’s important to understand, he has admitted to breaking the TOS in the past, even if it was ages ago and he’s a better person now (no hate here from me i love KT’s videos), kabam can’t give special treatment to people.

it would be unfair for any other summoner who broke the TOS (and admitted to it) to qualify, if not it would open the gates to cheaters and mercs.

therefore why should big content creators get preferential treatment? it’s a complex situation sure but i’m going to watch this space to see how kabam react

What does the TOS say? Is it the account that gets banned or the person?

If you break the TOS, is it every account that he/she creates afterwards will be banned for life?

For what its worth kabam has never stated that i can participate in the tournament. Only that i live in a region that would qualify. There is the pending the brand approval point witch likely includes checking in my past indescretions.

For whats it worth i find it funny that people here are more wengful than even criminal laws in most countries in the world regarding statutes of limitations. If there is no point in actually changing ones ways around these parts then you are not giving much motivation for anyone to do so.

That said, i myself do not expect to go even if i make it to top 8 at end of the season and i understand why many people would not want me to go either. Nor would i hold it against kabam if they deny me the chance. I did what i did 7 or more years ago and since have made sure to never break tos is any way what so ever and have tried to be as helpful as possible to the community by uploading guides on all new content and most new champions. I also have been open about it unlike many of the public faces of mcoc but that has been a double edged sword. There are people working for kabam right now who either hired me 8 years ago, or used to do much of what i did.

I am aware that many of you will never let me or kabam move past this. Whether it is simply because you do not like me, or whether it is you do not believe in anyone growing up and changing over course of a decade. Thats all, you can go back to whatever point it is that you were trying to make here. Dont think i have anything left to say on the subject.

Not that details here are important, but i didnt. I never paid a penny for that account. Situation was that i had a similar account (aprox 100k hbr lower) but not high enough prestige. And i had some friends who really wanted me to get me in their alliance and they simply passed that account to me in order to join their team. Back day attitudes towards stuff like that were much different and i genuinely didnt think much of it.

Turned out it was pretty much the biggest mistake i made in mcoc.

And again, i dont think any of this makes it meaningfully better. But since you seem to be dettermined to keep having a go at me, least you could do is get those details in order.

Haters on this forum are thirsty for drama lol. If the man qualifies top 8, which looks like will happen, he should be allowed to go and compete. I always question why it bothers someone when other people succeed? It’s a game after all. Hopefully he goes and performs well.

I will also add that with Beroman not going to be legally allowed to compete, it’s very hard to imagine a competition to find the top summoner if two of the top 8 on the leaderboard are not going to be allowed to compete.

I'm definitely not a fan boy, so I'm as objective as they come, and I agree with them.
Don't get me wrong. I have no tolerance for cheating. Never have, never will.
However, there's no use in digging up something from 7 years ago.
Now, if this was behavior that was being repeated currently, I'd have no issues with the ban hammer coming down.
I just think it's something that's long since gone.
If you have any suspicions about anything current, by all means send a Ticket to Support. Otherwise, this is old news.

I've actually never been a much of a KT1 fan, but I absolutely respect him for addressing this issue directly and rather respectfully/patiently too (far more than I would be) every single time this is brought up. I also don't for a second deny his skills.

I'd say if he qualifies, passes their brand approval and decides he wants to participate - then power to him.

Unfortunately, you have become something of a going trend nowadays. You made a mistake & got caught. A mistake, how dare you? Despite the fact that you have openly admitted it, denounced it, yet still some can't look past. The trend I referred to was, if you make a mistake & other judge you for it, redemption is out the window. It's ridiculous the amount of sanctimonious people that are lurking behind their keyboards. In all seriousness, you need to grow up and just let the whole thing go. Your entire post is based on the speculation that Kabam will let KT participate which is a factor that isn't actually known yet. You also should stop letting them live rent free in your head, it'll help you a lot down the road to know which things out of your control to worry about.
