Rate my first 7 star hero

Finally finished the Brutal DLX challenge after so many days of monotonous practice and reaped the reward of my first 7star. I know that he was a dud before his buff but don't know how he is now. It'll take atleast a year for my next 7 star I feel.. so how's my pull guys? Where do I use him? Where does he shine best?

P.S. Thank you Kabam for this month's side quest with good rewards 🥳

    I think he sucks. BUT there are people who think he is solid

    I have a sig 40 joe and he's actually surprisingly good, he has poison immunity, heal reversal, bleeds for days, and some solid damage.

    I'm not sure how good an unawakened 7* is but what I can tell you is my awakened 6* can finish a lot of BGs fights in two or three sp1s because of the bleeds. The problem with unawakened Joe is you can't stack a ton of bleeds because after every special you have to ramp up again (when he's awakened you don't), so I'm not sure how good he is I'd say try using him and see if you like him.
