Bro omega sentinel is so frustrating and annoying to play with but she still somehow answers some important things. Like in aw and bgs. If you dont like her i would either go with prof x or hyperion

OS definitely. Autoblock, cowardice, healblock and tracking. A great counter to sooooooo many champs!
You can tone down special attacks, you can heal block so many nodes, and champs who regen hard like abs man. You can literally attack kitty, invisible woman and Spidey supreme while they are phasing or invisible!
Also she's bleed immune and kinda regenerates if put bleeds on
