Its a bug or i miss something?

Hi. I have a 4*starlord and got him duplicated with the last event. I noticed something with him. He didnt lvl up sign. like the duplicateds from cristal openning, hes lvl 1 not 20. Does that happen for every hero duplicated in basic event? Pls explain. Ty

Yes, you missed something. @Mcord117 is correct in that a dupe champion from the basic arena is not a full dupe (20 levels) but rather a single level dupe.
