Advice on who to Rank up

I'm not sure who to rank up, a 4* duped Doctor Voodoo to 5, a 4* duped Magik to 5, or an unduped 5* Iceman to rank 3. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Definitely do Iceman. It seems t4b are your limiting factor rn, but I'm sure you'll get plenty in the following weeks. Between Magik and Voodoo I would probably do Magik, better damage and stronger power control. But a strong argument could be made for Voodoo as well. It depends on what content you still need to complete

Firstly I would do iceman, but he's of a different class so are you just asking about who to use the basic catalysts on?

Iceman. But all are great choices. Maybe check your team's synergies to see or persuade which champ you rank up!
