Which of these 6*’s should I R3 next?

I’m pretty sure I’m able to take at least 2 of them up to R3, any advice would be appreciated :)

    Magneto and Galan. You'll probably want to take most of these up to r3 at some point in time, but that's my recommendation

    Red Mags is very helpful to push for Thronebreaker (if you're not already). I don't have Galan but I know he is very good. Hulkling is awesome for defense and offense. I personally would go Mags and Galan. That Shang-Chi would be 4th, he is a beast.
