Edit: checked ur profile i guess reload the game if havent also did u claim the objective for the tb 100% as that gives u the ticket to unlock it

Yes but I figured it out .. need to claim a ticket from solo objectives. Carry on Deacon is dumb lol

The ticket is the odd thing as it just says clear tb and be paragon it should also include to need the paragauntlet ticket
