What team would you recommend for tier 8 and 9?

Was planning to do them both tomorrow and I am curious to hear your suggestions

Was it intended that by beating Gladiator we can done lower tier objectives? I just did all objectives and started to think about that...

Used Abs man for the mystic objective. Quick n' Ez.

Using iDoom for the tech objective rn. Since he's incinerate immune, I'm just baiting sp2s and playing normally. Dmg is an issue though, as Gladiator is power burn immune. (Having to chip him down with basic attacks lol)

Might use Doom for the caped objective. I'll cross that bridge when I get there...

Using iDoom for the tech objective rn. Since he's incinerate immune, I'm just baiting sp2s and playing normally. Dmg is an issue though, as Gladiator is power burn immune. (Having to chip him down with basic attacks lol)

Just finished all mine. Doom makes him a cakewalk, and at that point, you should be able to dex his sp2 no problem anyways. I got him in a sp3-combo-sp1-combo/Striker-sp2 lock and he just melted.

Nimrod didn’t work out so well for me so tried Ultron, who solo’d him in boosted on my first try. Going to probably stick with him to finish up tech then go to Doom.

Also wanted to throw Hood out there as a great option. Power steal, stagger to just take away the annoying unstoppable, invisibility makes it so easy to bait specials and pretty much impossible to slip up, and once you get a couple hexes on him, he’s dead

So a 100 hit fight that we have to do 5 times. 500 hits all just for a SQ objective? Seems a bit too grindy. Didn’t they learn from the feedback on DLX?

After using iDoom for two solos, I could consistently dex the sp2, so I used Lady D for the remaining fights. She MELTS.

Used Doom and Ultron and BWCV. They all worked well. Took many tries to get the sp2 timing right, but very easy after that. Hulk actually easiest solo on Gladiator; used him to knock out tier 6 objectives to get the awakening gem crystal.

Buffed IM makes it a fight you can Solo. Just bait SP2

I went with Arch for QS and PX, Herc for Terrax and then just 7R2 Hulk Smashed Mojo and UC. Doom for the first 5 fights against Gladiator. Will figure out Tech tomorrow. Maybe Nimrod?

I did Nick Fury for QS, Herc for Storm, Herc for Terrax, Scorpion for Mojo, and just... wailed at UC with Scorpion that I didn't need to use my ramped up Herc I had for backup.

I just don’t want to prematurely go into that and lock myself into having to do Tier 7 if I don’t have to.

Yes, you get points just like when completing other tiers.
