Pre-ability is bugged in Incursion

While playing incursion if u get disconnected/ restart the game during a fight, ur pre-fight abilities will disappear.
I also faced this bug a week ago, it hasn’t been fixed after the new update yet. (SS given below)

Angela with Odin’s pre-fight abilities before I got disconnected.(In Zone 24)



During that fight I got disconnected and when I restarted, those abilities disappeared (Same thing happened with my Herc when I was at zone 10)

    Unfortunately, the game has no way of knowing if you quit out during the fight or if you were legitimately disconnected. The "bug" started happening a long time ago and I've always felt that it's here to deter people from quitting out. No idea if that is the intention or not, but the correlation is hard to discount.

    There is already a deterrent to quitting. You lose half health. Losing prefights even when game crashes is a bit much if it’s intentional.

    Sure...but what about when it's not intentional. I play on an old ipad and the game force closes on me every 20-30 mins unless I restart the app.

    In no way agreeing with the notion that we should be losing pre-fights if the game crashes or when we quit out of a fight. Pre-fights should be permanent. I've had this happen to me as well and it's not a good time.

    Agreed, there's no real reason to have the game say "Well, they quit out/got disconnected.. let's just act like those pre-buffs don't exist."

    Though, I wonder if the crash forces the game to no longer register the application of the buffs.
    The application is almost always "the next fight." Crash occurs, fight resets, but the game no longer considers it "the next fight" so the buffs don't get saved? if so, I wonder if that could be fixed via coding.
