Overcharging for EQ movement

I'm getting overcharged to move in EQ. I used a small refill and could only move a single tile. Immediately afterward I tried to move with a cost of 2 per tile while I has 3 energy. I couldn't move. Recorded video too

    The cost is 4 per move

    **** you're right. When did they increase it to 4? It's always been 2 and 3 energy on the 3rd chapter.

    The september update is when it changed. We now have less paths but energy is increased.
