AW battle group 2 and 3 not being able to play

Hey! My alliance has 3 battle groups for war but it keeps only letting bg 1 play. Bg 1 is full and the other groups have 4 each. Anyone know why it's happening? We have players who need to get some fights done for the side rewards for the month.

Are you enlisting for 3 bgs? With new persistent placement it will always show 3 bgs in the placement screen but you still have to enlist for the proper number of bgs
