Should i rank up my 5 Star hulking as a free to play progressing uncollected player at 6.1.2 or wait for a 6 star hulking instead

By the time you probably get 6 star hulking it wont matter much tbh. You could go explore act 5 or variants, there's some gems in there if you don't wanna waste catalysts

Yes.i use my 5r5 Hulkling more than my 6r3 galan, even in act 7
