So it’s 11 mil gold for the r1-2, r2-3, r3-4, and then another 2 million to rank up.

So to take a character from r1 to r4 it’s actually 13 million, not the 10 million they originally quoted haha.

Its still cheap and yes I knoe i used them all today.

…tbh this event is only spicy for whales or players who have been on this game for years but even then those gems are meh compared to just resource holding and stocking up on cats and alphas its way more expensive to get those gems then it is to save resources even if your a good whale its dumb to spend your gold on that if your for future 6* R5s and 7* R2 and so on

My choice is to wait for the third release to see how to combine them, and to limit every use until it in order to not be short on an item to trade. In fact, it’s a kind of freeze on my account for 8 days. And I am certainly not the only one to do so.
Is it what was intended by Kabam? Not sure.
Is it motivating for the player? Absolutely not.

A fully nine-day event (including all the options) would have been better.

Interesting if there will be new gold offers or only loyalty offers? Kinda want to purchase them but don't want to regret it later.

Considering we’ve had 30 posts today about “WHERES THE LOYALTY SELECTOR BUNDLE” I think it’s safe to say that Kabam makes things more confusing than it needs to be for the average player.

Well, after dropping 10m gold and 1 AG, my solo points tally stands at a lofty 350! Boy, am I disappointed with myself thinking I might get somewhere this event.
I was thinking about spending my hard earned units (8,888) on the rank 5 nexus gem and then I saw you get 200 points for it. I am speechless (well, I didn’t want to use language that might get me in trouble here).
The next two round of deals better blow my mind…

Even still it isn't that bad when you are sitting on a mountain of gold that can never deplete. Though i can see how it is a very hefty ask for players not in that boat the benefit to cost would have to be weighed much more heavily.

Personally, this was a no brainer since I haven't dipped below 40 million gold in a year and these deals were the first thing that made it happen. I think it's impossible to spend it all otherwise, there's just not enough rank up resources available to get fast enough to drop it faster than i get it. (But then i felt weird about seeing a 3 in front of my gold number so i popped a bunch of gold crystals to boost it back up past 40 lol)

So, what s the point in making this in THREE separate days? There s 2 (TWO!) items added in the second day, and that s it. So fun. I m expecting in Friday, one more, the loyalty one. "4 million loyalty for one t6 cc crystal".

And here I hoped to have a few catalyst trade in fillers...

Setting expectations: This is not like the Gold or trade-in events of the past. We're purposely trying to move away from huge sales and events like those that encourage months of hoarding. This is a much smaller-scale event entirely.

Not trying to dull your hype, but in the past, I've seen people set their own expectations really high, and then be disappointed when they're not met.

This is not to say that this isn't a cool event with some really rad deals to be found, because there is!

@Kabam Miike With respect this has not been a “cool event.” This has been a terrible event, poorly conceived, poorly implemented. The deals are awful. I cannot understand how anyone at Kabam thought this was a good idea.
