Bad rng or a bug?

This post is in regards to Archangel, either I have been cursed with the worst rng of all time or he’s bugged, I’ve played multiple matches where up to 4-5 heavys applied 0 bleeds, and even special attacks are not applying bleeds and poisons 7/10 times, not to mention when I do get a bleed applied and block full 5 hit combos to block, again in multiple separate matches, no poisons are applied, is this a bug or am I cursed, if anyone else has this happening to them please respond. Thanks.

We had a thread on this a little while ago. The outcome was that he's working great for 99% of us so it's bad rng.

Was it against someone bleed immune or on a node or champ with had a cleanse mechanism or similar? I can usually get 1 bleed from a heavy then a few Parry's to get a poison but not luck as bad as yours.

I've had that happen. It's definitely unlucky RNG.
