For how long the game will exist?

I play the game almost 4 years and i can't imagine my life without it. I hope it stays alive for many years.

Marvel Contest of Champions will last as long as the IP is profitable. The next company who is granted usage of the IP most likely will just start a new game. When Netmarble eventually carves off Kabam during its own downsizing, someone's going to pick it up.

For those uninitiated, Marvel owns "Contest of Champions" and all related IP. They'll lease that to whatever company comes next with a pitch and some backing, just like Kabam did years ago.

As far as this iteration of the game, it'll last longer than you think but not nearly as long as you want.

Marvel own a part of the IP.
there is no way that they own everything entirely.
of course they fully own the rights to some characters,
but they share the rights for some with the likes of sony for example.
there is obviously kabam created heros which would be shared ownership and a lot of the other IP associated with the game would be owned by both.

No, I'm pretty sure they own all of the characters. It's certainly been the case in the past that when Marvel licensed IP to make comics (eg Transformers and GI Joe) that characters that debuted in those comics were owned by Hasbro (for example, Impactor, the leader of the Autobot Wreckers was created by Simon Furman for Marvel UK, that character is owned by Hasbro and has been used in IDW's Transformers comics and turned into a toy. Another example, Baroness was created by Larry Hama in GI Joe #1 and was subsequently turned into a toy in 1984 and appeared in many comics over the years by Devil's Due and IDW and in the two 1980s cartoons, other cartoons since and the 3 live-action movies). Likewise, Angelica Jones/Firestar was created for the Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends cartoon before being ported across to the comics. Likewise Laura Kinney/X23/Wolverine was created for X-Men Evolution and ported to the comics. The Peggy Carter Captain America character debuted in Marvel Puzzle Quest before appearing in an Exiles comic and then What If? on Disney Plus. None of them were owned by the licensee making those shows or games.

For another example, Harley Quinn originated in Batman: The Animated Series before debuting in the comics later.

Movie rights are different than character rights. Sony owns Spiderman's movie rights but Marvel has never stopped making Spiderman comics.

As far as MCOC goes, everything is Marvels IP, even the battlerealm. Even Kabams original character designs are now Marvel IP.

I'm hoping the game lasts at least 5 more years. How many Acts are they planning? We have eight so far
