2☆ Scarlet Witch (Sigil) AKA "Sigil Witch" - Possible bug?

I'm curious if anyone in the community has this champion. Or has any clue how she can be obtained at all. I have not been able to locate any possible way to obtain her. I have partaken in every summoner's sigil since it's inception without lapse, and have also completed every marvel insider offer from her release up until the discontinuation of the Kabam relationship with Marvel Insider.

I've tried opening a ticket with Kabam for information on her but more or less just get the generic copy paste template replies.

She was released June 7th 2021 according to: https://marvel-contestofchampions.fandom.com/wiki/Scarlet_Witch
And according to this page there is data and availability for the 2*. At first I just thought the 2* availability display was a bug in the game, but there just seems to be too much information supporting her existence as a 2*, yet I've never met someone with her, or anyone with definitive knowledge on how to get her. I have the 3* - 6*. I'm only missing the 2*.

Any help would be great. I'd love to know if anyone out there has her. Or perhaps Kabam can shed some light on her availability or plans for her release. Maybe it was simply an oversight? I know most people don't care about 2*s

    This could be pure nonsense but is it possible she was in the capes crystal last month? They always offer a collectors version that only includes 2* and she could’ve been there? Not sure, just spitballing.

    AFAIK she's never been available. the 3* WAS available in a special arena ONCE.

    Nope, I drop 2000 to 4000 units on the 2* collector crystals every month since they've been coming out. I always carefully monitor which champs I'm missing in those in order to buy until collected or at least have collected all but one or two. But no, sigil witch has never been in the monthly collector crystals sadly.

    Good shout out though, most people don't even realize those exist.

    Coincidentally had an amazing pull today. And note that punisher is available in this months crystal for the first time ever being available outside of the arena crystals. I wish I could buy the cavs with units to pull the 6*

    Yep, and I did that arena so fast to get the 3* it isn't even funny haha.

    Gotcha. So much for that theory. I can’t think of anywhere else she might’ve been available but I don’t keep super close tabs on that. I also just recently came back so there’s 3 years I have no idea what happened.

    They've been "getting ready" for over 2 years now though. It has been that way since her introduction.
