BUG: Beast doesn’t increase attack after sp3 [Not A Bug]

The description says beast will gain up to 150% added atack after using sp3 (3% per hit on the combo meter). I’ve been testing this and there’s no difference in damage after sp3, even with a 50+ combo.

Hey @The_Gill. This bonus damage is based on the combo meter you already have when you activate the SP3, and applies bonus damage to the SP3 damage itself. I just tested this, and verified that the bonus damage is indeed being applied. However, if you could provide a video showing that you're not getting bonus damage when landing Beast's SP3 with an active combo, we'll look further into the specific fight you're in. Thanks!

What you describe is not what the description actually says. If you compare it too SL’s signature: “...increasing attack by X for each hit of the Combo Meter....” you’ll see that’s the same as with beasts description says: “Increases attack by X per hit in the combo meter,....”.

With SL it works as intended, his attack gets increased and he does more damage on all his attacks. With Beast it doesn’t.

I would really like to see this fixed and make Beasts attack actually increase after sp3 for al his attacks (like his description says). It would make him a far better champion!

It's sort of like what Magik's abilities say, which states for her special 3: "100% chance to nullify, removing all buffs and increasing your attack by x amount for each buff removed".

When I first read that, I initially thought "Oh boy! If I nullify a ton of buffs, my attack will be crazy high for the rest of the fight!" But then I realised it was only applying to that special attack, not Magik's attack as a whole. So I guess the same thing applies here, that it is only for Beast's L3 and not to his attack overall.

Somewhat poor description and can easily be misinterpreted, but well, now you know.

Ah thanks, good point. The description for Magik should be adjusted then. Make it say “increases attack for the duration of the SP3”.

If this is indeed how Beast’s SP3 works then please adjust his description too. I’d still like to see it changed though, make it increase his overall attack, not just for SP3.
