Angela yes, Phoenix no mate. People will come on and say but Phoenix is great if you know how to play her. No she isnt, and why spend all that time trying to learn anyway, much better champs that are easier to use

Hulk duped, absolutely. Unduped...not sure. How do you like him at 4/40? Personally I would wait til he is duped.
