I know you have no control over the timeline of when that happens but just an acknowledgement that it is being worked on is nice. There’s so many instances where Kabam just goes dark and nobody knows what’s going on. Then it takes constant hounding from the community to get anything done.
Additionally, it’s obvious these changes weren’t made overnight. The team didn’t decide to just wake up and go “today we’re implementing these new rewards and energy changes” and flip a switch. It was known in advance for months. So why aren’t the logistics of this hashed out when the idea is thought of? You guys have these changes in the pipeline for months and then after it’s implemented we have to wait even longer to receive what we should’ve gotten during the implementation. There’s literally no way for the summoners to get those mastery points other than for Kabam to award them to us so it’s frustrating when you (Kabam) knows months ahead this is going to happen and you still sit on your hands and do nothing about it. Honestly the mastery points should’ve been awarded when the changes went live, even if that meant delaying the changes. But Kabam was too eager to implement the changes to block players from “farming” revives in Act 5.
@Kabam Jax hi jax. We haven't heard anything about the missing mastery points. I and a lot pot of people really need them me included. Please what's the update regarding it?
Kinda silly how long this has taken when they knew they would have to before this. I can’t imagine discovering they needed to dish out mastery points makes this take 2 extra months or more. If this was costing them money it would have been done 2 months ago.
Sorry for necroing this thread, but its wild how long this is taking. I kinda need those final few points to run 4/5 MD and 3/5 CT with my setup. Will we even see it in 2023 at this rate?

Mate, saying this is fine if it’s been a week. This has been going on for months. We need these freaking points at some point.
What is the max amount of master points someone could have at the minute? I’ve got 59 am I missing the ones form act 6 too? I’d have completed it ages ago.
I would have thought they’d have sent them via an in game message to those who’ve been affected. Did it take this long to claw back the Mythic crystals from the exploit a few months ago?

Imagine how fast they would have fixed this if the issue was act 4 gave people extra mastery points instead
When are you going to give us back the 2 mastery points? This bug has been going on since August and I and many others are unable to complete our Masteries correctly.
