I want to use my generic r4 gem on a defender for BG. Who would you least want to go up against?

as hard as captain america in defense lol, jsut push him to sp1 and thats it, you go back and punish him. dont use champs that inflicts debuff and you're good to go

Yeah but I hate disorient champs who make it tougher to block.
Also in bgs, zemo never throw his sp1

People need to stop putting Zemo on defense. It's essentially a free win for whoever is fighting him.

I feel this way too. I guess the hope is that he’ll get to a sp2/get a blocked hit on you which is pretty lethal, but I kill him easily with Kitty or FAM or OG Storm or pretty much any good damage dealer. FAM especially since his passive AI infuriate pretty much ensures that you’ll never take a blocked hit

Attuma is the only one with pure unavoidable damage no matter what you do unless using shuri and even then things can go horribly wrong. You cant just use light attacks like with korg or manage rock stacks with thing. Zemo is just an easy defender I never lose to him only problem is the spacing on his medium making the ai reluctant to throw a special. To solve that just get him in the corner.

Zemo is a pretty mediocre defender. The hardest thing about him is his ai is so stubborn to throwing the sp 1 sometimes. Apart from that he gets nuked by quite a few champs.

EXACTLY! Whenever I face a zemo I always either full yellow bar it or I do a 20 second dani fight. Worst case scenario you get hit, but you can eat an sp1 and heal the entire fight

Zemo 6* 13k is one of my Champs that always wins as defender.

Thing is awful for me to defeat.
When he becomes mad like Juggernaut there's no escape,is suffocating lol

Only with DD Netflix and Quicksilver I've won against the "Rock Guy"

Valkerie and hulkling are great counters

Whoever you rank is probably going to get banned every game anyways.

I would honestly argue that you should rank up one of the not-as-good defenders so that they either eat up one of the opponent's bans or you actually get some value out of the R4

If I voted on this poll before I 100% 8.3 I would've voted Attuma but now I have a brand new r2 7* Shuri so there's nothing to be afraid of lol I have counters for the rest so I'll just go with Toad.

Attuma is definitely the most annoying out of these. Korg probably second. Thing can be real good if they don't have a clear counter and don't know how to fight him.
