Treats trader not giving TB milestones

Hello,

I became Thronebreaker halfway through event, and the points I earned prior to getting that have not registered.

I want to collect all the milestones, how would I go about finding support for this issue?

They don't get backfilled on points

You only get tiered points for where you are and below

So you TB points will start from the time you hit that progression level

Don’t think they need to explicitly say that.
Points are only points for events/objectives which are available/visible at the time of doing stuff that rewards such points.
