Whos better? 4-s Cap Marvel Dup 40 to rank 4 or undup 5-s Drax to 2/35

I already got 5-s Elektra 3/55, 4-s X-23 r4/40, AA 4-s r4/40, Iceman 4-s r4/40, Thor 4-s r4/40.

Angela will probably be the best option out of the ones of above due to her damage output.

Angela is good if you know how to use her, doesn't need the dupe, Phoenix needs a dupe, I would say drax is better than 4* marvel so it's out of those two. Angela has better damage output than unduped drax, but if you duped him then drax, but 5*s hard to dupe, I've been hoping for a drax dupe for over 18 months, I have a 5* unduped r4 and he's very good. Great War attacker because he beats evade a lot with his first m attack
