Waiting on long post to get approved?

I recently made a long post about the potion post and i edited it 3 times cause of grammar etc, however it then told me your post is waiting to be approved however its been a few hours and nothing so far and I can't even see any history of me having made the post but waiting to be approved, was hoping someone could tell me if there's a way to see it cause i made a pretty long post and don't want to rewrite

    When I have a long post/comment that I need to edit, I just copy what I wrote in case it goes to the void
