You don't get a ban for signing in on different devices that are your own. You have done something else to get that ban.

Well u don't get banned for using 2 devices, it has been cleared before, so you got banned for something else. I use 3 different devices btw all with different lines, and even in different wifi locations.

Again that is not a reason for being banned.

The forums have seen hundreds of people asking the same questions. The end result is that the player usually broke the TOS. So, the forums have taken a rather apathetic view point to folks who want to talk about bans.

With respect to your question:

It depends on the severity of the offense, but it is safe to assume three strikes and you're out.

Nah they stopped the 3 strike rule, now its based on their judgement. There was posts before of people asking why they got permanently banned instead of 1 week or a month 🤣

You were not banned for using multiple accounts on multiple devices. Many people do that, I do that, the devs do that. It is not a violation.

The answer to your question is that Kabam will permanently ban you if you commit enough violations, but there is no fixed number to qualify. There used to be a three strikes rule, but even that rule had exceptions. They can, at their own discretion, permanently ban a player immediately if they feel they have made an especially egregious violation, or are flagrantly breaking explicitly announced rules.

Are you using your work wifi ? If they are using a VPN or something it could be the reason. Just an idea, not sure if it's the case. Assuming you're being honest here...

I play the game at work using their wifi with VPN and never been banned yet. It's been over 5 years now.

I don’t think you got banned for 2 devices I use my iPhone and at times I play on my iPad that’s not a reason they would ban you has to be something else.

Same thing happened to me I got a 7 day ban I didn’t complete an hour of my 7 day ban and now I’m getting a message saying permanently banned doesn’t make sense
