Player Concerns and Defense About Battlegrounds Point Farming Rules

Hi Kabam Team, I hope you can read this thread...
Like me, I am sure that many players have and share this concern after outlined rules in your announcement on this post regarding point farming in Battlegrounds.. It can lead to significant stress and negative user experiences for us (the players), which need to be addressed, I hope so.
Contradiction: You mention that they won't take action against those who lose a lot of games or have long winning or losing streaks, but then state that they are specifically looking to avoid deliberately losing games to avoid progressing on the Victory track.
Defense: This creates a contradiction, since if players have the right to lose many games or have losing streaks, then they should be able to do so without being penalized. Kabam should be clearer about what behaviors are allowed and what are not.
Contradiction: You mention that they will not investigate the behavior of setting the phone to complete daily objectives or farming event points while losing, unless it is done strategically to avoid progressing.
Defense: This statement is also contradictory, since if a player is strategically losing games to get event points, he should be allowed. It is unclear how "strategically" is defined and this can lead to confusion and possible unfair sanctions.
Your announcement states that they won't take action against those who frequently lose games or experience long winning or losing streaks, while also expressing the intention to prevent deliberately losing games to avoid Victory Track progression.
This inconsistency creates confusion, as players should be allowed to have losing streaks or lose frequently without penalty. Kabam should provide clearer guidelines on what behaviors are permitted and which are not.
Transparency and Guarantee: You claim that they are carefully reviewing the data and guaranteeing that no innocent players will be affected.
Players have the right to a fair and transparent data review process. You should provide detailed information on how reviews are conducted and ensure that innocent players have a clear appeals process in place and give them the opportunity to review their cases because not all bans are from guilty and cheating players, your anticheat System is not perfect and you know that, I hope so...
Ambiguity: You dont offer a clear definition of what it means to "manipulate fight data" and how it is determined if a player is engaging in such behavior.
Lack of clarity in this area can lead to unfair penalties and player confusion (Like me and a lot of Alliance members and friends). You should provide a clear and transparent definition of "manipulating fight data" and the criteria used to identify such behavior.
Lack of Evidence: You claim to have data on millions of games played each season and unique play patterns of intentionally losing players, but you do not provide concrete evidence to support this assertion.
Players have the right to concrete evidence before being sanctioned. You should offer transparent and substantial evidence that a player intentionally lost games to avoid Victory Track progression and it is very frustrating for a player to spend years on their account only to be banned for a mistake..
Fear of Unjust Punishment: Players may fear unjust penalties for actions that you have not clearly defined as permissible. This fear of unwarranted accusations or penalties for actions they consider legitimate can be highly stressful and may discourage players from engaging with the game.
Ambiguity and Uncertainty: The rules lack clarity and offer vague definitions of point farming behaviors, causing players to worry about unintentional violations. This uncertainty can lead to anxiety and stress as players navigate the blurry line between acceptable and prohibited actions.
Constant Vigilance: The need to continuously monitor and second-guess one's gameplay to avoid potential infractions creates a stressful and frustrating gaming experience. Players may feel pressured to alter their preferred gameplay patterns or strategies to avoid being flagged for point farming.
Confusion and Frustration: Contradictory statements within the announcement, such as permitting losing streaks while claiming to prevent point farming, can result in confusion and frustration among players. This confusion may lead to players questioning the fairness and consistency of the rules and the company's enforcement approach.
Impact on Enjoyment: The stress and uncertainty arising from these rules can adversely affect the overall enjoyment of the game.
Players may struggle to fully immerse themselves in the gaming experience when they are persistently concerned about inadvertently violating unclear rules.
Deterrence from Playing: Some players may choose to avoid the game altogether or reduce their level of engagement to minimize the potential stress associated with these rules. This can lead to a loss of active players and harm the overall player community.
And one more thing..
Defending Player Choice: Exiting Battlegrounds
One aspect of yor rules that has sparked concern among players is the restriction on exiting Battlegrounds matches. While it's true that the rules aim to prevent disruptive behavior, it's essential to consider the reasons behind players opting to exit a match.
Connection Issues: In an online game, connectivity problems can arise unexpectedly. Players might find themselves disconnected from the game due to internet issues, device problems, or even app crashes. Penalizing players for such involuntary exits can be seen as unfair and detrimental to the overall gaming experience.
Real-Life Interruptions: Life happens, and sometimes players may need to leave a match due to urgent real-life matters. Enforcing strict penalties for exiting in such situations can add stress to players who might already be dealing with off-game issues, If I got a bad draft, I wouldn't have to stay the entire game.
Toxic Gaming Environmen and unfair Match: Allowing players to exit a match can also promote a healthier gaming environment. In games with highly competitive or toxic communities, being forced to stay in a match with unpleasant or abusive players or having to face competitors with higher accounts can be distressing. The ability to exit and find a more enjoyable gaming experience elsewhere should be an option.
It's important to strike a balance between discouraging disruptive behavior and respecting the genuine reasons players might need to exit a match.
A more nuanced approach, such as distinguishing between intentional disconnections and genuine issues unfair matchs, would help alleviate player concerns and promote a more player-friendly gaming environment.
Please Kagam, to mitigate these issues and improve the players/users experience, you should consider revising and clarifying your rules, this is a game not a Military Academy.
Best Regards

This is true, I am in dozens of groups on social networks, WhatsApp, Line, Telegram FB and almost no one wants to play BG anymore... if they play they are scared because they don't know if they can be banned by mistake, we are all in the tombola.
These are the new rules, that's all there is to it.
