Did the iso get nerfed for duping 6 stars?

I had been opening a lot of crystals try to get iso for rank ups. I thought I saw one of my 6 star dupes only give me 9 iso, but I was moving so fast I thought it might have just been seeing things. Then I watched a video of Lagacy opening up crystals to get iso for rank ups. I for sure saw a 6 star stealth spidey get duped and he only got 9 iso instead of 24. My question is when did this happen? Is this a bug or visual glitch? Did I miss an announcement? 4 stars and 5 stars seem to still give 24 iso.

Its just a visual bug

it’s a visual bug, it’s been happening for a while with most items that drop in stacks. you still should have 24 iso in your inventory from the dupe
