Paragon difficulty EQ bug

I wanted to know if ppl who took advantage of the paragon event quest bug will be penalised or not? And if they are not penalised will we be rewarded as the ppl who refrained from taking advantage of the bug?

    And why should they be penalized? -_-
    These kinds of problems wouldn't happen if the game was coded correctly... Not a month goes by without a problem. Should players who exploit the nick fury bug with AA in battleground be penalized?

    Yes, if you willingly break TOS you are usually penalized.

    But a player who goes to the quest just to train and isn't aware that it's a bug will be penalized. That's not right, how can you know who's exploiting and who isn't aware?
