Nobody gets banned for travelling, nobody gets banned for playing on multiple phones. I even play on international flights with satellite wifi and it has never caused a problem.

They do, however, watch people who are banned and create new accounts afterwards. So good luck with that.

I was on a cruise around the Iberian peninsula last month, and my IP kept bouncing around from the ships location to the IP for it's terrible wifi. No ban.
