New AQ rewards are trash, less than before????

Posts about mid tier alliances may recieve less rewards from AQ I think? Dam sure explain yourself. AQ rewards, just like 90% of rewards in this game are already outdated by atleast 3yrs!!! Yet u give me less rewards?? How and why?
1: alliances no longer receive rewards from other BG in AQ? Thought we were supposed to work together as a team “alliance”. MAKES 0 SEMSE!! Am I crazy, how else to help lower ppl grow with u as an alliance? Just got 1st rewards from AQ (was waiting to judge). Lost hundreds glory, plus cat shards. Why would u ever lower rewards that are atleast 3yrs outdated already?!?! Those rewards should be atleast 30% HIGHER!!! Instead u decide to lower rewards that are several years behind already?!?! More reprehinsible behavior. And more despicable behavior by the company that basically invented it!
