act 4 mastery point problem

in Bugs and Known Issues
as of right now through ill ive seen this problem was brought up roughly 3 months ago and kabam was made aware of it about 2 months ago saying "we are looking into it" my question is are you actually fixing it or not because you havent even said anything after this even tho this is affecting lots of players including me... i dont understand how you didnt take this into consideration before you even buffed act 4 rewards because it feels like your neglecting your players :(
