Unfair ban

I recently got hacked and my information got leaked and so did my email and password to my main account and someone modded necropolis on my account and before I could do anything I was banned permanently but none of this is my fault especially since I have no access to mods since I play on IPhone but even tho I have explained this kabam still hasn’t unbanned my account and I think this is unfair because I’ve spent a lot of money on this game and I have play for many years

I'm not saying that is impossible. However, if this did happen you're just the most unlucky person on Earth, and there's no remedy for being stuck in the head by an asteroid.
"Hacking" a game account isn't really a thing. It can technically happen, but it really hasn't actually happened in the history of the game as far as I'm aware. People's accounts have been hijacked, but that has generally been through social engineering attacks against the account holder.
I have no idea how you would go about "hacking" a game account to recover the password. If that were possible players would be getting their accounts stolen left and right. What you can do in theory is convince Kabam you're the account holder and get them to unlink your game account and change the registered email and password. But if someone does that to you, you're not getting back in to even know you were banned.
For someone else to log into your account in a way that allows you to also continue to have access generally requires giving your login credentials to someone else. Which is why you're not supposed to do that, and in fact doing so falls under account sharing which is a violation that Kabam can also ban you for.
Whenever someone says "I was hacked and someone else used mods on my account" my first question is always "how do you know that?" If you did nothing wrong and you were just banned out of thin air, how do you know you were hacked? How do you know someone used mods on your account? How do you know this wasn't just some random error on the part of Kabam? Kabam generally doesn't say "you were banned for using mods in the Necropolis." If you were banned, how do you even know the Necropolis was completed on your account?
Somebody hacked into your account to use mods to do necropolis to get you banned, rather than you hiring said merc, right?
Cause mercs work for free and just do this stuff for fun. Haha
What I'm failing to understand is why would necro be the 1st thing someone who supposedly "hacked" your account do? Not spend all your units, open all crystals in stash(if you have any), among other things? Nope... they chose to do the present new thing in game that gives the best rewards ATM? I'm all for giving people the benefit of the doubt, but come on, if this wasn't you & you read your original post, honestly would you believe it?
