How to link kabam account to existing mcoc account

So for a while now I’ve been trying to figure out how to link a kabam account to my mcoc account, which does not have a kabam account linked to it. Every time I try it simply makes a new account. What I want is a new kabam account linked to my mcoc account that does not have a kabam account linked.
Any help is appreciated, Thanks!
