Your best option is to open a Support Ticket using the Gear Icon in the game.

Yeah write to kabam mentioning all the things... They will surly compensate or will give u kang...
Once i mail them saying i don't have 5* shards nd m new, seriously the day after they started cyber calander having 1000 5* shards in it.
They are gud when it comes to compensation.

I lost mine too can I have mine back too also my alliance members got their kang stolen can they have it back too and do not forget about my 5 star crystal kabam it somehow mysteriously dissapeared. Hopefully they return what was once mine.
