For the synergy bonus for Black Cat you can make Spiderman(romance) and Otto Octavius(enemy).
For her first skill[Special 1] She punches the enemy and kick low at the legs.And the debuff for the enemy is fatigue for 1.5 seconds.
For her second skill[Special 2] She does a triple flip kick and lands perfectly . The debuffs for the enemy is armor break for 3.5 seconds.
For her final skill[Special 3] She takes out her whip and spin it hits the enemy with three whip and run toward the enemy and jump kicks the enemy with two leg ,pushes them and does a perfect flip and lands. The debuffs for the enemy is armor break for 3.5 seconds and stun for 2 seconds.
Pls consider my idea , it took me a while to think up the ideas.

Off the cuff, my thoughts:
Science (or skill) champion. Black Cat's powers were granted by Kingpin's scientists to enable her to keep up with her lover Spiderman. She is also a skilled martial artist and gymnast; so could arguably be science or skill.
Physical stats: Attack and Health on par with Black Widow; only a moderate crit rate/damage.
Passive:
Black Cat's 'Bad Luck' ability grants the following benefits:
- Reduces the opponent's Offensive Ability Accuracy by 10%.
- All missile attacks have a base 10% chance to miss.
- All critical hits have a 10% chance not to be critical.
Signature:
Black Cat's bad luck powers increase by a flat 15-55%.
Specials:
Special attacks also reduce defensive ability Accuracy by Black Cat's usual Bad Luck level.
S1: 60% chance to inflict each of three stacks of fatigue, reducing critical rate by 120 for eight seconds.
S2: 60% chance to inflict each of two stacks of bleed.
S3: 70% chance to inflict each of three stacks of fatigue and weakness (each reducing attack by 15%) for eight seconds.

Black cat does a lot of debuffs, which would suit her persona. You'd want to have Despair Mastery.
I think she's different enough from Black Widow to be interesting. Any thoughts?
