Gauntlet bug

I just explored the TB Eq and the paragon gauntlet is still locked. I rebooted the game and it's still the same, can you guys please look into this?
And yes I'm paragon

Yes I did then but somehow it didn't open then, it's working now though I just rebooted the game like 3 times
