Featured x Regular 5 and 6 Crystals - Which statement is legit? Or both?

Featured Crystal 5* or 6* (15000 shards)
- Only those featured heroes can be pulled (a higher percentage)
- No regular champs.

Regular Crystal 5* or 6* (10000 shards)
- All champs, including featured. (Small percentage)

Besides this, Thanos, Kang, Weapon X, Angela ,eg... can be collected only on Kabam promotions or buying...

Featured Crystals have a specific pool, including a set of the newest champions who aren’t in the basic pool, but also some others that are older and are also in the basic. The basic pool is (almost) every champion, except the new ones that are still featured-exclusive, and the various trophy champs. Kang, Thanos, Weapon X, Jessica Jones, etc are not in crystals unless specifically stated, they’re intended to be rare and/or expensive.
