The store doesnt appear and I can't buy anything

Someone help me, my game store, the unit store, doesn't appear to me, when i enter to the store it pop ups a message saying “there's no current offers available” I can't buy neither unit's or the platinum pass, someone help me, i wanna buy the platinum pass but this bug stops me to do it (⁠´⁠ ⁠.⁠ ⁠.̫⁠ ⁠.⁠ ⁠`⁠)

    Just restart the game, it's a bug that happens sometimes
