Missing catalysts after ranking down

I just ranked down my 4 star groot from Rank 4 and did not get my class catalysts back.

I did try rebooting, rebooted twice now and I still don't have my catalysts

what catalyst do u want ? tier 3 class ! u mentionned class catalyst .. r4 doesn't have t4cc if that's what's ur looking for
