Doom sp3 interaction

When doom launches a sp3 while having 2 of his fury buffs, will he retrigger the buffs or just trigger his aura? His bio says he will refresh the buffs, what does that mean?

I'm planning to use doom against necropolis wiccan and this interaction means a lot. I couldn't practice against my wiccan's or find a right wiccan duel to test.

So will he retrigger his buff, or he just retrigger the aura (while the buffs remain paused)?

It refresh retrigger and reapplies

I think the real question is if the refresh is effected by neutralize, I don't know personally, hopefully someone does.
