Missing banquet rewards because of former alliance

My former alliance promoted a troll, who kicked all the members. I am now not eligable for the rewards for the banquet alliance event, even though I joined another one. This was completely out of my control and I joined the new alliance before the event started. Will I be able to claim the rewards after the cooldown or am I out of luck? Should I submit a ticket?

I dont think its fair that I lose out on so much bcs of one powertripping person.

    If he got kicked today there is no possibility of alliance rewards if joining after banquet has started.

    Wait for that 5d 23hr timer to end before you buy or open any banquet crystals, else they wont count towards your contributions
