Who will be my first r5 6 star

I'm not sure on who to rank up to r5 I have HT at r3 and Silk at r1. I have a science awakening gem and a science r4 to r5 rank up key. I use HT often but i just aquired silk and have heard some hype over her, so in 2 minds and need your help please
