Just pulled this guy

Is he any good for act 6? I'm level 40 and gearing up to j clear through act 6 but I'm struggling with the first quest . I opened a ggc and got this guy but idk anything about him lol

Sandman is great for act 6. Learn how to use him and he will do great things.
