Doom - that build up to an obliterating beam is very gratifying. Close second is Tigra’s menacing gleaming eyes and subsequent savage frenzy (a la Venom granted)
Air-Walker's is really cool, but my personal favorite is probably Spidey Supreme. The way he punches his opponent into a different reality, and then punches that reality into pieces, is just amazing.
