6* Shuri for Necropolis?

I haven’t had any luck pulling Shuri as a 7* despite 3 Tech class selectors and a bunch of regular 7* openings. I’m a scrub but I’m still thinking I might want to explore Necropolis despite my original plan to stop after my completion run two weeks ago.

Anyone use a 6* Shuri for their runs? I’ve got an awakened R3 and could nominally take her to R4, but really don’t want to use the mats otherwise.

I just used her at r4 for path 2 fights take a long time and more revives than the 7* but she works! Namor was like a
3-4 revives. I was terrible at attuma so that was way way more.but not her fault. She did work fine for that too...

Go for it with the 6* at r4-r5. All her fights are slow/controlled, anyway.

Plus, her Sig ability to block Unblockable is crucial for fights like Namor. So the Awakened 6* will do you well 🙂

Didn’t realize her awakened ability was key for some of the fights, so makes me feel a bit better about making the investment.

The question is, is shuri mandatory for necropolis exploration (especially for mr fantastic path and another path in right side with unblockable specials).
Is there any other options/replacement for shuri for those two paths?

I did path 2 with a 6r5 ascended Shuri with 6* hulkbuster relic. I never played her before, but I was able to get two solos with her. She was easy to play with. For reference, I had only two solos for the rest of all of my paths for Necropolis.

I also didn't read/study her abilities much, nor watch any videos on her prior to my run.

I took her in as a r4 ascended and she barely put in any work. Too little charges for her to get good ramp. I just did my second path (Sauron) and just used Kate for pretty much everything and it went so much better

Kate can do 95% of the fights, so I’d say yes. The only ones I’m really unsure on are Attuma and Stryfe tbh

My issue is that despite having a R5 Kate I’m not particularly skilled with her. I have a hard time keeping multiple arrow debuffs up consistently given that I’m at best a mediocre player. And maybe not even that.

Hmmmmm…..no, I didn’t know that. Less revives than Aegon brute force? I figured you’d have to be a Kate whisper and have lots of her arrows up to make it work. So, good to know. I’ll try that for a practice fight or three.

Obviously less revives than aegon brute force.
Cuz with kate, you can easily survive most fights until you either get the root or mess up with dexing opponent specials. 5 revives at max for most opponents if you're just good with dexing opponents specials.
