When does the statistic come to our email

They announced this between December 1-18 and no news on this to see our year progression with whatever reward they are thinking anyone else receive the email or no?

    I contacted support about this a couple of days ago and they said that they are still rolling those out. I haven't received mine either as of this post:

    I'd received, but when clicked the "Get It" to the reward ,opens the game, but nothing happens.

    Someone may say which reward was?
