Most of them but definitely not unduped Korg or duped Spider Gwen or duped Rocket

Not sure about "best" but my R2 Odin is by far my favourite.
Also have R2 venom, then a few other very good 7* including photon, Bishop and shuri.

Best is very subjective.

For me, it a tie between Elsa Bloodstone and America Chavez. Awakened Bishop is decent too.
