Besides profile pic, they should add some sort of gift with each title awarded or something that has value, maybe say one got lots of water type nomination and that unlocked squirtle.

I can understand, it currently has no sense to ask what title you got, they are just colored tissue boxes. It won't spark conversation that i got this and you got that. Some ideas are needed at Kabam end to elevate this basic gifting to not just be just a filler event while banquet is on.
