I made a goof.

So I decided to push for paragon this month because the holiday gift had 7 stars shards I needed. I finished act 7 today and was really happy. I run over to the holiday gift to look at it to marvel at what could be in the 7 star crystal and abyss nexus. My game hitched and I ended up misclicking Claim instead of viewing the contents. I haven't ranked up my final 6 star yo get paragon so I'm stuck on the selection menu and I don't wanna select the lower tier rewards. Is there a way to fix this or can I get a help ticket to get the present reissued to me after I get the cavalier rewards taken back? Please I'm coping majorly over here
