Level and rank up problem

I rank down my Kingroot without getting any catalyst , iso or gold, now is stuck on level 3 and cannot be ranked up please help

Sorry my fault, but problem with no catalyst iso and gold i still have , I rank down without no rewards.

If only they sent us a message saying these rank down tickets would only give us the catalysts back, and not the ISO or Gold.

I dont understand your problem. It seems that you are out of ISO and thus cannot level up your champ.
